LELE SADOUGHI

Lisa "Lele" Sadoughi, founder and creative director of the Lele Sadoughi brand, has over 20 years of experience in fashion, working with brands like Rebecca Taylor, Ippolita, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, and Neiman Marcus. She launched J.Crew's first jewelry collection in 2006 and grew the business before serving as Jewelry Design Director at Tory Burch. In 2012, she started her own brand, which initially focused on jewelry but has since expanded to a variety of accessories.
